Some Scammers Are Really Dumb

Make sure you don’t get dumber than them.

I was writing another story when this scammer hit me up. The conversation is worth reading!

Out of the blue, I received a message on Whatsapp from someone who was not in my contacts. That’s the first red flag. It is a well-known technique for scammers to contact people randomly. The biggest culprits seem to be from Hong Kong. I have received quite a few messages from them along the lines of “Hi Peter, did you receive the samples?”
